Our Organic Kitchen Dark Agave Syrup is made from 100% organic Mexican blue agave. Blue agave syrup has a low glycaemic index and is 25% sweeter than cane sugar which means you can use less of it in your hot/cold drinks and bakes to reduce calorie intake. our agave syrup is processed and bottled on the plantation in Mexico before being shipped directly to our warehouse in Southampton to reduce mileage. Agave syrup requires minimal water usage, 35 litres of water per 1kg syrup - in comparison, cane sugar requires 1,500 litres of water per 1kg. Our squeezy plastic bottle is also made from 100% recycled PET and is BPA free and fully recyclable after use.
